Getting your tools

How do I get my purchase?
Instantly. The moment you check out we email a private link and your files — open it on any phone or computer. Nothing ships.

Do I have to download an app or install anything?
No. FormalFlow and TimelineFlow open right in your browser. On a phone, tap Share → “Add to Home Screen” for an app icon that works offline.

Will everything work offline at the venue?
Yes. Once an app is open (or added to your home screen) it runs with no internet — perfect for venues with bad signal.

What devices do they work on?
iPhone, Android, Mac and PC. No app store and no login required.

Is this a subscription?
Never. Every product is a one-time purchase you own forever, free updates included.

What is your refund policy?
Because these are instant digital downloads, all sales are final. If something isn’t working, email us and we’ll make it right.

FormalFlow — family formals

What does FormalFlow do?
Enter the couple’s family and it auto-orders your entire family-formals shot list — biggest groups first, one side then the other — and tells you exactly how long it will take so you finish before you lose the light.

Can my second shooter run it?
Yes. Print the ordered list or run it from any phone.

TimelineFlow — the wedding-day timeline

What does TimelineFlow do?
Build a timeline around the moments you already know (ceremony, first look, cocktail hour) and it fills in the rest. On the day it tracks the real time with a live “happening now,” auto-calculates golden hour from the venue address, and gives you a “leave home by” time.

Can I send it to my couple or planner?
Yes — send a clean, branded, read-only timeline, or export to text, email or an editable Word doc.

What’s in the Flow Kit?

What format are the planners, guides and templates?
